Stāsts
"Arakimentari" ir atklāta dokumentālā filma par slaveno japāņu izcelsmes fotogrāfu Nobujoši Araki (Nobuyoshi Araki), kurš ar saviem darbiem spējis cilvēkos radīt milzīgu emociju spektru.

Araki ir fotogrāfs, kurš balansē uz robežas starp mākslu un pornogrāfiju, jeb Japānā pieņemto terminu "pinku". Bet kā atzīst pats Araki, tad viņš dzīvo starp monohromo un krāsaino, kas viņa dzīvē nozīmē starp dzīvi un nāvi...

Filma veidota no vairākām intervijām, un fotogrāfa fotosesijām. Intervēti tiek cilvēki, kas bieži sastopas ar Araki darbiem, no tiem ir tādi pazīstami vārdi, kā islandiešu dziedātāja Bjorka, un japāņu režisors Takeši Kitano.

Tāpat tiek intervētas Araki modeles, un, protams, pats fotogrāfs. Filmas režisors Travis Klouzs cenšas parādīt Araki ikdienu, tomēr šis cilvēks ir tik neizprotams, varbūt savāds, ka filma spēj radīt tikai vairums jautājumus...
