Stāsts
Kad Iči (Shintaro Katsu) atkal ir nodemonstrējis savas cīnītāja spējas pēc mēģinājuma viņu apšmaukt azartspēlēs, viņš dodas ceļā...

Viņš nejauši uziet mirstošu vīru, kurš pirms nāves izsaka Iči savu pēdējo vēlēšanos. Vīrs lūdz, lai Iči palīdz sievietei vārdā Mitsu (Shiho Fujimura).

Mitsu ir sieviete, kas pēc kāda klana vadoņa nekaunīgas uzvešanās, to sadūra un tagad bēguļo, cenšoties sveika un vesela nokļūt savās dzimtajās mājās.

Iči apsola aizsargāt un palīdzēt meitenei nokļūt mājās – Edo pilsētā.

Nedaudz vēlāk Iči ar Mitsu sastop kādu pāri, kurš cenšas ar viltu aizvilināt Mitsu atpakaļ pie klana vadoņa, lai saņemtu atlīdzību.

Tomēr Iči izdodas meiteni nogādāt līdz rikšām, kas to savukārt aizvestu uz Edo. Viss izskatās lieliski, tomēr Dojamas klana vīri pārtver rikšas un mēģina piespiest Iči iesaistīties klanu cīņās...
