Stāsts
Okinava jau sen ir valdzinājusi ar dažādām vērtībām. Vasaras mēnešos Japānas iedzīvotāji dodas uz šo vietu, lai baudītu skaistās pludmales un salu sniegtās atpūtas iespējas. Cīņu mākslu eksperti dodas izbaudīt karate dzimteni. Tomēr Okinavai ir vēl vismaz viens valdzinājums – tā ir ārkārtīgi muzikāla vieta – nav noslēpums, ka liela daļa Japānas mūzikas zvaigžņu (Gackt, Mongol800, Kiroro, u.c.) nākuši tieši no šīs prefektūras.

Tie, kas nedaudz dzirdējuši kaut ko par Okinavu, domāju arī ir dzirdējuši trīs stīgu instrumenta sanšina (sanshin, 三線) skaņu, kas nespēj atstāt vienaldzīgu. Un ne tikai tas pierāda, ka šī zeme, varētu būt titula „Land That Sings” cienīga...

Arī latviešu tautai tika sniegta iespēja dzirdēt, redzēt un sajust atmosfēru, kas valda Okinavas kultūrā, šoreiz ar priekšnesumu no dziesmu un deju teātra „Čura” puses...
