Ziemeļkorejas flotes virsnieki, kā arī seržants izmanto gumijas laivu un saulaino dienu, lai kopā iedzertu un pamakšķerētu...

Viss būtu jauki, tomēr alkohols, kas viņiem līdz, ir pietiekami iedarbīgs, lai visi trīs uz laivas aizmigtu un pazaudētu airus...

Pienāk vakars, lietus, vētra... viņi tiek izskaloti kādas valsts noslēpumainā krastā... Tieši tā, šī valsts ir neviena cita kā Dienvidkoreja...

Jau tā iekūlušies pamatīgās problēmās, puiši tiek ierauti notikumu virpulī, kas norisinās kādā piekrastes pilsētiņā...

Meitenes, policija, izklaides un pa vidu divi nobijušies Ziemeļkorejas pilsoņi...
