Stāsts
Kopš notikumiem filmas otrajā daļā ir pagājuši trīs gadi. Kārters (Kriss Takers) no detektīva posteņa ir pazemināts amatā par satiksmes regulētāju. Tajā pat laikā Lī (Džekijs Čans) tagad strādā par miesassargu vēstniekam Hanam (Tzi Ma)...

Savas uzstāšanās laikā Pasaules Noziedzības Tiesas priekšā, Hans tiek sašauts, bet Lī uzsāk pakaļdzīšanos noslēpumainajam šāvējam.

Lī pamana šāvēju un, kā izrādās, tas ir Kendži (Hirojuki Sanada) – cilvēks, kurš ieņem nozīmīgu lomu Lī pagātnē. Kendži tomēr izdodas izbēgt.

Hans izdzīvo. Viņa, nu jau pieaugušā, meita So Jong (Zanga Džingču) lūdz vecajiem draugiem Lī un Kārteram notvert tēva šāvēju.

Kā parāda izmeklēšanas pirmās dienas, šāvējs ir saistīts ar senu slepenu Ķīniešu triādu kopienu, kuras pēdas noved policistu duo Parīzē, Francijā.
