Zemūdens civilizācijas Seotopijas pastāvēšanu aizvien vairāk un vairāk sāk ietekmēt virszemes iemītnieku kodoleksperimenti.

Saniknoti par virszemes iedzīvotāju rīcību, Seotopijas iedzīvotāji atbrīvo savu dievu Megalonu ar nolūku iznīcināt virszemes pasauli (Sākot, protams, ar Japānu!?).

Seotopijas aģenti tikmēr mēģina nozagt cilvēces jaunigudroto cilvēkveidīgo robotu Džetjaguāru (Jet Jaguar), kuru plāno izmantot, lai vadītu Megalonu.

Kopā ar robotu viņi cenšas sagūstīt arī robota izgudrotāju Goro Ibuki, kā arī viņa dēlu Rokuro un draugu Hiroši, tomēr ne viss norit pēc ļaundaru plāniem...
