Japāna pamazām kļūst aizvien piesārņotāka...

Kens ir mazs zēns, kuram ļoti patīk Godzilla, un kurš uzskata, ka Godzilla ir apkārtējās vides piesārņojuma ienaidnieks.

Viņš pavada laiku spēlējoties ar savām Godzillas mantiņām un bieži runājoties ar savu tēti – apkārtējās vides zinātnieku.

Sagami līcī mirst zivis un apkārt parādās melni plankumi. Izrādās šie plankumi ir minerāļu sakopojums, kas rodas no vides piesārņojuma.

Šie plankumi paliek aizvien lielāki un sāk gremdēt apkārtējos kuģus. Kā izrādās no šiem plankumiem veidojas milzīgs monstrs Hedora, kurš sāk baroties no apkārtējā piesārņojuma, un, ar savu toksiskumu un indīgo ķermeni, piesaka sevi kā nāvējošu biedu visai civilizācijai...

Japānu spēj glābt tikai Godzilla...
